Qualifications and

Experience:
  • Master's or higher degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid state-issued School Psychologist credential or eligibility for licensure
  • Experience in administering psycho educational assessments and creating interventions
  • Strong understanding of special education law, processes, and compliance
  • Excellent communication, consultation, and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
  • Proficient with case management, IEP development, and documentation
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, student-centered learning environment
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • Develop individualized plans and interventions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in eligibility, IEP, and student support meetings, offering expertise in assessment results and best practices
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to improve student outcomes and classroom environments
  • Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and recommendations for positive behavioral supports
  • Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with legal and ethical standards
  • Serve as a resource for evidence-based strategies that promote mental health and student success
