Oakton College in Des Plaines invites applications for part-time psychology faculty. For the 2026-27 academic year, rates are $1251/LHE for faculty without doctorates and $1326/LHE for faculty with doctorates. Part-time faculty are hired on a semester-by-semester basis, with steps after completing 2 fall and spring semesters where 3+ LHEs are taught in each semester.
Faculty must have a Master's degree in psychology (ABD or Ph.D. preferred) and college teaching experience.
