Oakton College is seeking part-time faculty to teach PSY
101 and related courses in Des Plaines and Skokie campuses. Compensation is paid per lecture hour equivalent (LHE), with $1251/LHE for non-doctorates or $1326/LHE for doctorates for the 2026-27 year.
Faculty appointments are semester-by-semester and subject to enrollment, with opportunities to advance salary steps after successful teaching across fall and spring semesters.
