Our client, a leader in the molecular diagnostics industry, is seeking a Engineer - Degree Optional I to join their team. As an Engineer - Degree Optional I, you will be part of the Internal Component Refurbishment Team supporting the evaluation, refurbishment, and qualification of spare parts for reuse in field operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, technical curiosity, and excellent collaboration skills which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range: $30/hr -$34/hr on w2*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Support the evaluation, refurbishment, and qualification of spare parts for reuse in field operations

+ Perform hands-on technical work, troubleshooting, and testing activities

+ Ensure refurbished components meet quality, performance, and reliability standards

+ Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures in a controlled manufacturing environment

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve repair methods and workflows

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent hands-on experience and technical expertise

+ Experience working in laboratory environments under Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) is highly valued

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively

+ Excellent troubleshooting and technical skills

+ Ability to operate within regulated environments and adhere to GMP standards
