- 6+ years of experience in chemical engineering or a related field, with a focus on process technology
- 8+ years of experience in naphtha process technologies, gained from UOP Field Operating Service, UOP Engineering, or a Refinery in process operations, technical services, or engineering design.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Advanced knowledge of one or more of the listed technologies, including their equipment and operations.
Demonstrates expertise in chemical engineering with a focus on process technology, particularly in naphtha process technologies. Proven ability to lead projects, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and foster collaboration across teams.
