Senior FP&A Manager
Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 + bonus
Location: Rosemont (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

- Lead the financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes as the Senior FP&A Manager
- Partner with business unit leaders and corporate finance to deliver accurate results, insights, and forward‑looking analysis
- Manage, coach, and develop two FP&A team members, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and analytical rigor
- Own monthly performance reporting, variance analysis, and executive‑ready presentations for segment leadership
- Drive efficiency through automation, improved processes, and enhanced financial tools
- Collaborate across finance, operations, and segment teams to support strategic objectives, operational performance, and long‑range planning
- Serve as a key representative for the segment during corporate reporting cycles, reviews, and ad‑hoc analyses
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and business partnering skills
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing or mentoring high‑performing teams
- Advanced Excel and financial systems experience; exposure to ERP/BI tools strongly preferred
- High‑performing Senior FP&A Manager with strong communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence decision‑making
