We’re hiring an experienced Accounting Manager to lead financial reporting, compliance, and controls. This role partners closely with senior leadership and plays a key part in ensuring accurate reporting, strong governance, and data‑driven decision making.
What you’ll do
- Own month‑end and year‑end close processes
- Prepare monthly, statutory, and Board‑ready financial statements
- Support audit, tax, and regulatory compliance
- Strengthen internal controls, policies, and financial governance
- Partner with business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
- Mentor and develop members of the Finance team
What we’re looking for
- 7+ years’ experience in accounting or financial leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA preferred
- Strong technical accounting, leadership, and stakeholder skills
- Experience in a shared service environment
