Senior Financial Analyst
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and variance analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Develop financial models and operational analysis to support business decisions
- Analyze margins, profitability, production costs, and operational performance trends
- Partner closely with operations and leadership teams to provide actionable financial insights
- Build and improve reporting tools, dashboards, and financial analysis processes
- Assist with strategic initiatives, process improvements, and operational planning
- Support leadership with ad hoc financial analysis and presentations
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 4+ years of FP&A, finance, or analytical accounting experience
- Manufacturing, food, or CPG industry experience preferred
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, operationally focused environment
