• Prepare monthly financial reporting for leadership
• Analyze financial results, variances, and key performance indicators
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Provide customer and product profitability analysis
• Assist with royalty reporting and related financial calculations
• Partner with Sales on pricing and customer-specific analysis
• Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions
• Contribute to ongoing reporting and process improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 4+ years of financial analysis experience
• Strong understanding of cost accounting concepts
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
• Strong business acumen and cross-functional collaboration skills
