• Support finance and accounting activities across multiple business locations
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes
• Manage and support month-end close activities and financial reporting
• Partner with operational and business leaders to provide financial analysis and actionable insights
• Analyze business performance, identify trends, and recommend opportunities for improvement
• Develop financial models, reporting tools, and KPI dashboards to support strategic decision-making
• Drive process improvements that enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
• Prepare presentations and financial reports for senior leadership
• Leverage advanced Excel and analytical tools to support data-driven decision-making

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, or accounting experience
• Strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering capabilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization
