This is an exciting future opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst supporting our division based in Des Plaines IL. Primary accountability for managing, reporting and ensuring the financial accuracy of business actuals, budgets, forecasts, source expenses and variance analysis for the organization. This position also has direct accountability for the development and monitoring of sound financial processes within the group.

Partner with the management team on all financial matters
Provide overall financial analysis support
Coordinate / Consolidate monthly revenue and cost forecasts for services
Provide financial assistance and support in the AOP and Strategic Planning processes for the team
Prepare monthly service dashboard and maintain Tableau dashboards 25 Drive compliance 25 Analysis of variances 25 Financial projections 25 Enhance internal controls

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelors in Finance or Accounting
• 3+ years of finance and accounting experience
