Manager of Treasury & Accounts Receivables

    • Gain broad exposure to customer financing programs, banking relationships, and financial institution partnerships

Target Compensation: $120,000 to $165,000 per year plus bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Manager of Treasury & Accounts Receivables:

  • Lead cash management, liquidity planning, and short-term cash forecasting activities

    • Own accounts receivable, credit, collections, DSO performance, and cash conversion initiatives

    • Develop and manage net working capital forecasts across receivables, and inventory

    • Oversee customer financing governance and manage relationships with banks, leasing companies, and lending partners

    • Deliver financial reporting, risk analysis, KPI dashboards, and actionable recommendations to senior leadership

Qualifications for the Manager of Treasury & Accounts Receivables:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred

    • Progressive finance leadership experience in cash flow, credit, collections, accounts receivable, and working capital management

    • Proven success improving DSO, managing customer credit risk, and coordinating financing arrangements with financial institutions

    • Strong knowledge of SAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and corporate finance principles
