The Finance & Strategic Operations Manager will serve as a critical operational and financial partner to regional and executive leadership, driving financial visibility and strategic growth.

What you will do

• Lead regional budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and FP&A processes across multiple branch locations.
• Build and maintain financial models, reporting packages, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools to guide decision-making.
• Partner with leadership to evaluate financial performance, labor trends, margin performance, and business risks.
• Deliver weekly and monthly financial and operational reporting packages while performing regular variance and profitability analyses.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations to support strategic investments and operational improvements.

What you need for this role

• B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance (experience with multi-site or field-based operations is a plus).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of PowerBI or another data visualization platform
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
