As a Dietary Aide, you’ll play a key role in ensuring residents receive the highest quality food and nutrition to support their health and well-being. Your Responsibilities:
  • Assist with Meal Service – Help prepare and serve nutritious meals to residents based on their dietary needs.
  • Maintain Cleanliness & Organization – Ensure food preparation and dining areas are clean and sanitized at all times.
  • Support Dietary Team – Assist in food preparation, portioning, and delivery to ensure timely meal service.
  • Assist with Special Diets – Provide support for residents with special dietary needs and preferences, such as low‑sodium, low‑sugar, or vegetarian diets.
  • Stock & Maintain Supplies – Assist with inventory management and ensure kitchen supplies are replenished as needed.
  • Work Closely with Residents – Offer friendly service and ensure resident satisfaction with meals.
Qualifications:
  • Previous Experience in Dietary or Food Service (Preferred).
  • Knowledge of Food Safety & Sanitation Guidelines
    .
  • Strong Communication & Teamwork Skills
    .
  • Ability to Lift and Carry Supplies as Needed
    .
  • Compassionate, Resident-Focused Approach
    .
