Salary Range: $34.00 - $46.00 hourly
Shift: Evening/Overnight (7:00p - 7:30a), three shifts per week, including every other weekend. Shift differentials available depending on the shift.

• Actively engage in the health care team, offering direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians.
• Assess patients’ physical and psychological conditions continuously throughout their care journey.
• Utilize the nursing process in alignment with the philosophy, objectives, values, mission, and core principles of CBH.
• Uphold a safe therapeutic environment grounded in our core values.
• Collaborate as an integral member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, actively contributing to the development, implementation, and documentation of tailored goals and interventions based on patient strengths and psychiatric challenges.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Currently licensed to practice by the Illinois State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a psychiatric facility (preferred).
• CPR certification and management of aggressive behavior training within 30 days of employment.
• Must pass a competency exam for the area upon hire.
• May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.
