Moments Hospice is seeking a RN Clinical Manager/Team Director to lead an interdisciplinary care team and coordinate hospice services. You will work closely with nurses, social workers, chaplains, and bereavement staff to deliver holistic patient care.
In this role you will ensure compliance with hospice regulations, manage staff schedules, participate in on-call duties, and drive policies that improve patient outcomes. A driver’s license and strong leadership are required.
