Prime Healthcare's Holy Family LTACH in Des Plaines, IL is hiring a Patient Care Assistant (CNA) for full-time day shifts, including 12-hour days with rotating weekends and holidays. You will assist patients with daily living activities and provide basic nursing care under the supervision of the RN.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, Illinois CNA certification, and BLS within 30 days; phlebotomy and EKG certifications are preferred. Prior acute care experience is a plus.
