The Client Services Position is an external role for a long‑term care pharmacy providing services to skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities.

• Identify early warning signs of potential issues and problem solve
• Conduct customer training to support roll‑out of programs and services
• Educate customers on utilizing key pharmacy programs and technology
• Build relationships with facility administration and staff
• Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA
• Other duties as assigned; job duties may vary depending on business needs
• Single point of contact for customers
• Customer focus visits
• Medication cart audits
• Medication room audits
• Medication cycle fill checks

• Good organizational skills and detail oriented
• Basic math and analytical skills
• Computer knowledge is a must
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
• Ability to physically perform light lifting
• Must be able to work various shifts and days

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Pharmacy technician license/certification required by state regulations and state of practice, or med‑tech certificate
• Previous pharmacy experience preferred
• Knowledge of brand name/generic medications

• May sit or stand seven to ten hours per day
• The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, bend, walk
• May need to work extended hours as required
• May lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
