Sanctuary Hospice is seeking a Per Diem Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our compassionate team, providing hands-on care that supports dignity and comfort for patients at end of life.
Schedule:
Per Diem, As Needed 7 am - 3:30 pm.
Coverage area includes McHenry & Lake County communities such as Crystal Lake, McHenry, Algonquin, Lake Zurich and Fox Lake. Responsibilities include following the care plan, assisting with personal care, supporting families, and keeping accurate documentation.
