• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field such as social work, psychology, sociology, special education, or rehabilitation counseling
• At least 1 year of direct experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening

The QIDP coordinates and monitors services for individuals with developmental disabilities and ensures their needs and Individual Support Plans are being met.

Responsibilities include:

• Client advocacy and support
• Coordinating medical appointments and follow-up care
• Maintaining required documentation
• Training and supporting staff
• Monitoring individual progress
• Ensuring compliance with DHS requirements
