• Education & Licensure:
  High school graduate or equivalent preferred; two years of technical or trade school preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Must have experience operating various hand/power tools and equipment ensuring proper safety precautions preferred. Must experience in the area of building maintenance and basic mechanical engineering preferred.
