Room Attendant

RE/MAX is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to support our real estate hospitality operations by maintaining clean, comfortable, and safe rooms for guests and clients. In this on-site role, you will clean and sanitize guest rooms and common areas, change linens, restock amenities, and ensure all spaces meet brand and safety standards. You will promptly report maintenance issues, follow health and safety protocols, and respond courteously to guest requests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to brand standards
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and amenities
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and remove trash from assigned areas
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report repairs promptly
• Follow health, safety, and infection-control procedures
• Organize and restock housekeeping carts and supply closets
• Respond to guest requests courteously and in a timely manner
• Document room status and completion in logs or digital systems
