Are you an HRIS professional with a knack for detail, data accuracy, and systems support? CJ Logistics is seeking a Temporary HRIS Support Specialist to join our HRIS team for a 3-month assignment.

In this support role, you’ll help drive HRIS operations and assist in projects like data audits, employee records maintenance, system testing, and cross-functional support across Benefits, Payroll, and Compensation.

What You’ll Do

• Manage employee data:
  Enter and update records with high accuracy.
• Provide system support:
  Troubleshoot issues, maintain security, assist users.
• Support projects:
  Data extraction, conversion, audit, testing.
• Ensure compliance:
  Support audit, regulatory data needs, and reporting.
• Coordinate with vendors:
  Handle system issues and testing.
• Assist HR functions:
  Ensure seamless data and system flow.

What You Bring

• 1–3 years HRIS experience with UKG, Dayforce, or ADP
• Strong data entry, reporting, troubleshooting skills
• Analytical mindset for data manipulation and auditing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail, ability to work independently
• Flexibility for projects and shifting priorities
