GTI Energy is seeking an HR Coordinator to support day‑to‑day HR operations from its Des Plaines, IL headquarters. This hybrid role requires on‑site Tue–Thu with remote Mon/Fri, three days on‑site weekly, and travel as needed. You’ll handle recruiting, onboarding, records, LMS training, events, and HR reporting.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in HR, 0–3 years of entry‑level HR experience, strong Microsoft 365 skills, and comfort with UKG HR technology. APHR is a plus.
