Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience as a Human Resource Manager with progressive leadership responsibilities
- Multistate HR experience
- Proven experience conducting workplace investigations and advising leaders on complex employee matters
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience with the ability to coach and develop HR professionals
- Ability to facilitate meetings and deliver presentations to large groups
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- Establish, implement, and communicate HR initiatives that align with the company’s mission and strategic vision
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR and payroll functions, including talent acquisition, career development, payroll, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits
- Develop and execute recruiting, retention, and succession plans to support company growth and strategic goals
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and HR policies
- Manage employee relations issues and collaborate with various functional leads, insurance providers, and legal advisors
- Lead performance management, compensation, and talent management processes
- Oversee leave administration, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation, and disability program
