PositionIT Helpdesk Support Tier 1.5
This role is ideal for someone who has excelled in handling Tier 1 tickets and is eager to advance to Tier 2 responsibilities. As a Tier 1.5 Helpdesk Support specialist, you will have the chance to work closely with senior engineers, enhance your skills, and grow within our company.
Required Experience- 1+ years experience with Windows Server, Office 365, and Azure
- MUST HAVE 1+ YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER
- 1+ years experience administering Active Directory and managing Group Policies
- Exceptional customer service and troubleshooting skills
- 1+ years experience with Connect Wise (preferred)
- Salary $50,000-$60,000
