Marketing Segmentation Specialist

Overview

Addison Group is partnering with one of our clients in the financial services industry to build out a team of marketing professionals. We are actively hiring a Marketing Segmentation Specialist to drive targeted marketing efforts by identifying and segmenting audience groups across digital channels.

This is a hybrid role (2 days onsite per week) located in the Chicagoland suburbs
.

Compensation: $35-$40/hr

• Develop and manage audience segmentation strategies based on behavioral, demographic, and firmographic data
• Partner with analytics and data teams to define audience criteria and build actionable segments
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align audience strategies with campaign goals and KPIs
• Extract ad hoc reports from the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) to support marketing initiatives
• Automate tasks in collaboration with project leads, data analysts, and end-users
• Maintain data loads in marketing automation platform and troubleshoot failures with internal and external teams
• Support A/B testing and audience experimentation to refine targeting strategies
• Document audience definitions, workflows, and best practices for cross-functional visibility

• Bachelors Degree in Data Analytics, Business, or related
• 3 Years of Audience segmentation, digital marketing, marketing operations or related
• Experience with SQL for querying or reporting
