Our client, a leader in the scientific and technical industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Technical Support Scientist I to join their team. As a Technical Support Scientist I, you will be part of the Technical Product Support team supporting oligonucleotide manufacturing, characterization, and validation activities. • Provide technical support for diagnostic products, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Develop and design experiments; perform testing on Analytical Chemistry instruments; analyze data and summarize results.
• Perform basic laboratory activities, including hands‑on wet lab work supporting product testing and development, which may involve oligonucleotide‑ or small‑molecule‑based assays.
• Support oligonucleotide manufacturing, characterization, and validation activities within the Quality System framework.
• Work cross‑functionally with scientists and engineers to investigate and resolve technical documentation and product‑related issues.

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field (e.g., chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or related discipline).
• Preferred experience with Organic or Analytical Chemistry testing.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and FDA regulations is desirable.
• Experience with oligonucleotide chemistry, small‑molecule chemistry, or related wet lab techniques is a plus.
• Basic understanding of organic chemistry principles and prior experience working in a wet lab environment.
