Job Description

Provide technical oversight and direction to System Integrator (SI) partner Development and QA teams.
Ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables that meet CLIENT standards and enterprise quality gates.
Review and validate solution designs, code quality, and test coverage across development phases.
Enforce adherence to architectural standards, security controls, and engineering best practices.
Coordinate build, integration, and testing activities across internal teams and SI partners.
Identify and mitigate technical risks, defects, and delivery dependencies early.
Drive defect resolution and root-cause analysis to prevent repeat issues.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Infrastructure teams to maintain delivery alignment.
Validate readiness for environment promotions, releases, and production deployments.
Provide clear technical status updates, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
