Position: US_West | Business Analyst_L4

Job Description:

The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for working with customers to define configuration requirements and developing an overall configuration approach for CLIENT. This role requires experience with Majesco Billing and a strong understanding of billing processes within Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
The candidate will produce requirement and functional design documents using an agile gap-analysis and directed requirements approach to lead customer needs definition. They will also clarify domain-related queries for the Scrum team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with customers to define configuration requirements and develop an overall configuration approach.
Produce requirement and functional design documents using agile gap-analysis and directed requirements.
Create and review functional requirements and gap documents using process flows and diagrams.
Configure products and business process rules to address customer business challenges.
Provide input to the product management team to enhance base product features.
Review end-to-end test strategies and test cases for customer scenarios.
Train end users on implemented business functionalities.
Manage end-of-the-end business requirement sessions, including conducting workshops.
Own business deliverables across the full project lifecycle.
Coordinate interdependence and resolve issues.

Required Skills and Attributes:

Proven expertise in business analysis.
Strong communication skills.
Domain knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance across North America, UK, or Asia Pacific.
Experience with policy administration systems, billing, and claims.
Estimation experience.
Ability to review end-to-end test strategies and scenarios.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and requirements gathering .
