Position: Technical Support Scientist I
Our client, a leader in the scientific and technical industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Technical Support Scientist I to join their team. As a Technical Support Scientist I, you will be part of the Technical Product Support team supporting oligonucleotide manufacturing, characterization, and validation activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

- ** What's the Job?*
* + Provide technical support for diagnostic products, ensuring quality and efficiency.

+ Develop and design experiments; perform testing on Analytical Chemistry instruments; analyze data and summarize results.

+ Perform basic laboratory activities, including hands-on wet lab work supporting product testing and development, which may involve oligonucleotide- or small-molecule-based assays.

+ Support oligonucleotide manufacturing, characterization, and validation activities within the Quality System framework.

+ Work cross-functionally with scientists and engineers to investigate and resolve technical documentation and product-related issues.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field (e.g., chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or related discipline).

+ Preferred experience with Organic or Analytical Chemistry testing.

+ Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and FDA regulations is desirable.

+

Experience with oligonucleotide chemistry, small-molecule chemistry, or related wet lab techniques is a plus.

+ Basic understanding of organic chemistry principles and prior experience working in a wet lab environment.
