IT Project Manager

An senior project manager leads a project from contract signing through delivery, serving as the primary liaison between the team and the client. The role involves managing project budgets, timelines, scope, risks, and communication, while ensuring high‑quality deliverables and maintaining long‑term client partnerships.
Responsibilities- Manage project timelines, backlogs, and sprint planning.
- Track and measure project status.
- Maintain communication with clients via status calls, emails, and weekly reports.
- Ensure quality deliverables are produced.
- Manage the project budget, scope, backlog, and change request process.
- Apply best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee timely completion and archiving of projects.
- Handle project risks, blockers, and escalations.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the development team.
- Participate in kickoff, requirement, status, demo, and training meetings with clients.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 7 years of senior project management experience in a digital agency or corporate environment.
- Ability to meet internal and client deadlines.
- Ability to multi‑task and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus.
- Self‑motivation and ownership of tasks.
- Experience with CMS or eCommerce platforms such as Sitefinity, Sitecore, Word Press, Kentico, and Big Commerce is a plus.
The US‑based salary range for this full‑time position is $75,000–$130,000 per year. Additional benefits include a comprehensive compensation package, a positive work environment with team activities, and a focus on work‑life balance.
