We are seeking a Jr. Hub Spot Consultant whose primary responsibility is to assist Hub Spot users by collaborating on Hub Spot‑related projects and tasks. The role works closely with internal teams and clients to support CRM initiatives, platform administration and business process improvements.
Responsibilities- Work with internal teams and clients to understand business requirements and provide accurate configurations, reports, dashboards, and other CRM functionality.
- Administer and support the Hub Spot platform, including profiles, roles, reports and dashboards, fields, record types, page layouts, workflows, and validations.
- Understand and support data security, including role hierarchy and permissions.
- Communicate the capabilities of the Hub Spot platform with clients.
- Complete internal system audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Offer guidance and assist decision‑making based on the latest Hub Spot features and functionality.
- Work closely with clients to encourage platform adoption, training, and support.
- Work independently and as part of a team on multiple client projects.
- Act as liaison between users and the development team.
- Hub Spot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub Certifications preferred.
- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational, communication, and motivational skills.
- Previous experience creating Hub Spot emails, segmentation lists, workflows, forms, reports, and other functionalities.
- Strong data management abilities and experience with data management tools, including data loaders and import wizards.
- Self‑starter attitude with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Marketing, graphical, or technical backgrounds are a plus.
The US‑based salary range for this full‑time position is $60,000‑$75,000 per year. Pay is determined by job‑related skills, experience, and education.
