Rate: 80k to 115k annually

Description:

Please note we are not looking for candidates with an IT background. Manager is looking for a Manufacturing Engineering/Project Management. Successful candidates so far have had a ME background but have transitioned to Project/Program management. Manages/directs the activities and people associated with small to large scale projects with a focus on any or several non-IT business applications and disciplines. Manage/direct all facets of single or multiple, multidimensional, mission-critical projects through the Full Project Life Cycle.

Collaborate/work with project sponsors, business units and users to identify project scope and focus, develop or monitor project initiatives, implement project requirements/plans/processes/tools, assign/guide/monitor project staff, and assure project success. Deliver quality project solutions to business problems or issues within defined budgets and/or timelines. Provide expert project guidance/support proactively through project completion. Provide tracking, reporting, and presentation to management and users. 7+ years experience

Responsibilities

Manages the development and implementation process of company  products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products.

Education

Bachelor  degree plus 7 years of related work experience with a good understanding of specified functional area

Working technical knowledge and application of concepts, practices and procedures. General understanding of business unit/group function. Will perform this job in a quality system environment.

Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Has a broad knowledge of technical alternatives and an understanding of their impact on the systems environment.

Description:

PMP Certification preferred. This position is Non-Exempt. Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half. Manages/directs the activities and people associated with small to large scale projects with a focus on any or several non-IT business applications and disciplines.
