Insurance Customer Service Representative​/Account Manager

We need customer service reps / account managers on the insurance side. You will take care of existing clients and keep policies moving. This is not a producer / sales-first job.

• Answer client calls, email, and walk-ins about policies, bills, IDs, and certificates
• Process new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations in the agency system (Now Certs)
• Request quotes and follow up with carriers
• Keep files complete and follow up before things lapse
• Work with the insurance manager on commercial, trucking, and livery accounts when needed
• Flag anything that needs a licensed producer

• Fluent English and Turkish (required). A majority of our clients speak Turkish. Everyone also speaks English.
• Russian is a plus
• Strong, calm client service. You like solving problems, not reading a script.
• Comfortable with phones, email, and detail
• Illinois Property & Casualty license preferred, or willingness to get licensed
• Agency or carrier experience is a plus (personal or commercial lines)
• Now Certs, Applied, or similar AMS experience is a plus

• Full-time, in office at 2800 S River Rd, Suite 500, Des Plaines, IL 60018
• $19.77/hour for new entrants; up to $48,000/year for experienced
• Group health after 90 days
