the Role

The Supply Chain Operations Data Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and reliability of operational data that drives day‑to‑day decision‑making. This position is centered on systems, reporting, and cross‑functional coordination.

You’ll work closely with multiple departments to ensure that information flowing through internal systems is correct, complete, and aligned across the organization. From inventory records to shipment tracking and order processing, your work directly supports operational efficiency and leadership visibility.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Validate and reconcile data across inventory, transportation, and order management systems
  • Investigate discrepancies and partner with internal teams to resolve root causes
  • Monitor data flow between departments to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Maintain structured digital records, logs, and reporting templates
  • Prepare weekly and ad hoc reports to support leadership decision‑making
  • Track trends in data errors or inconsistencies and help improve internal processes
  • Support system updates, audits, and operational reporting initiatives
Qualifications
  • Associates Degree
  • Bachelors Degree (preferred)
  • Microsoft Office experience (specifically Excel)
  • Data driven, analytical, accurate
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Willingness to learn
