Invoicing Manager

CJ Logistics America is seeking an Invoicing Manager to lead, coach, and motivate our invoicing solutions team to achieve departmental goals. As a process-driven leader, you will establish a culture of positive employee engagement while driving automation and optimizing the use of technology to build scalable invoicing solutions. Utilizing tools like SAP and Excel, you will ensure our monthly invoicing processes remain accurate, efficient, and aligned with company cash flow requirements and customer expectations.

• Salary: Your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. We anticipate this role to offer a base salary of$105,000-$110,000 per year
  , but actual base pay will depend on the successful candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
• Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule to support deadlines or cross-functional collaboration; typically your schedule will be 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.

You will oversee daily invoicing operations, drive process automation, and lead a dedicated team of invoicing professionals.

• Operations Management: Manage daily invoicing operations to achieve timely, accurate billing that supports cash flow needs and client expectations.
• People Leadership: Direct, train, and mentor team members (including the Supervisor, Invoicing and Invoicing Analysts) to build an engaged workforce.
• Performance Accountability: Drive a culture of accountability by setting clear expectations, tracking key performance metrics, and providing regular feedback.
• Automation & Systems: Leverage available data, Excel, SAP, and other management systems to streamline and automate invoicing workflows.
• Contract Integration: Develop a deep understanding of CJL and customer contracts to ensure billing compliance and enhance system efficiencies.
• Process Excellence: Establish and enforce departmental best practices, policies, and internal controls consistently.

• Supervisory
  
  Experience:
  
  3+ years of supervisory/people leadership experience with demonstrated success in team management.
• Process Automation: Proven experience identifying opportunities to drive process automation and improve the effective use of technology.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Communication & Detail: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred; prior experience with SAP
  , WMS
  , and TMS platforms is highly preferred.
