Biologist

Our client, a leader in the biotechnology and diagnostics industry, is seeking a Biologist I to join their team. As a Biologist I, you will be part of the manufacturing and quality assurance department supporting laboratory operations and production processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Biologist I

Location: Des Plaines, IL (100% On-Site)

Pay Range: $24/hr - $27/hr

Duration: 12+ Month Contract

Shift (flexible): 6AM-2:30PM OR 7AM-3:30PM OR 8AM-4:30PM

What's the Job?

• Produce high-quality diagnostic assay components in a GMP regulated environment
• Perform routine laboratory operations and basic manufacturing tasks
• Assist in performing more complex laboratory procedures as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of work activities and inventory records
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures while working efficiently to meet schedule requirements
