We have a variety of general labor openings throughout our facilities. Prior manufacturing experience is not required; what matters is a strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team. Your duties may include mixing products, weighing and scaling material, packaging product, or supplying lines with required items. All roles require reliability and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) at all times, including location‑specific rules such as no personal protective jewelry while handling food.

• Inspect product for quality and foreign material contamination.
• Supply production lines as needed.
• Place product correctly on the line or in containers, boxes, or pallets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of GMPs or willingness to learn them.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to understand and follow safety policies and procedures.
• Preferred ability to read and write in English.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Manufacturing environment with exposure to machines, noise, and temperature variations.
• Team‑oriented setting requiring respectful and professional communication.
• Availability for necessary overtime, shift work, and cross‑shift duties as required by staffing needs.

• Ability to stand and work with hands throughout the shift.
• Capability to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Adaptation to cold or warm environments depending on location.

Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full‑time employees, including health, dental, a registered pension plan, and wellness benefits after a qualifying period.
