Plant Manager

The successful Plant Manager will develop plant production and financial controls, security, regulatory compliance, quality, facilities, and all manufacturing areas. They will also work cross-functionally, ensuring that all operations and related strategies are consistent. Oversee large-scale projects and ensure that they are being completed on budget and on time, all while meeting specified production requirements and quality standards.

Core requirements include a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field and 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing or engineering.

Preferred requirements include prior management experience within a manufacturing setting and a strong background in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include leading all aspects of plant operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and financial objectives, partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain performance, managing budgets, staffing, capital resources, and production capacity to maximize operational efficiency, driving Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives that reduce costs and improve productivity, developing high-performing leaders through coaching, accountability, and succession planning, and monitoring key performance metrics and implementing strategies that improve operational and business results.
