Production Kitting Specialist

Kranze Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Production Kitting Specialist to support our Defense & Aerospace projects within the Warehouse & Manufacturing department. In this role, you will pick, verify, and assemble production kits for complex electronic and mechanical assemblies, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance with customer and DoD requirements. You'll coordinate with production, quality, and engineering, maintain inventory integrity in the ERP system, follow strict ESD and safety procedures, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
