When you’ll work:
Hourly Full-Time — 3rd Shift, 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. (be ready for occasional 8–12-hour shifts)
What you’ll earn: $19.52 per hour + $0.26 shift differential

What you’ll tackle

Partner with operators to support machine startups, changeovers, and runs Review and follow work orders and machine instructions precisely

Complete quality checks and record findings

Keep equipment and floors clean; perform routine housekeeping

Help minimize waste and hit production goals

Uphold all safety procedures every shift

How you’ll grow

You’ll receive hands-on training with ongoing learning opportunities to progress toward an Operator role.

What we look for Knowledge of safe work practices

Basic math and measurement skills (tape measure proficiency)
Strong attention to detail

Ability to read, review, and understand work orders

Team-first attitude; mechanically inclined is a plus Preferred background

Heavy material handling

Forklift licensed

Packaging experience

High School diploma or GED Manufacturing environment experience
