As a Post Press Operator on the third shift, you will be responsible for operating routine manual and automated post-press functions, including the setup and maintenance of bindery equipment. Your role ensures that production runs smoothly and meets quality standards by utilizing your technical skills and attention to detail.

Contract - SCHEDULE:
Third shift - Sunday to Thursday / 9:00pm-5:00am - PAY RATE: $18.75 hour
- Perform complete equipment setup and efficiently gather necessary materials.
- Monitor and maintain bindery equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Check order shipments, stamp and proofread customer orders, and generate labels accurately.
- Operate equipment productively while meeting job requirements for product accuracy, ink coverage, quantity, shipping labels, and required attributes.
- Maintain production operations by following company policies and procedures, including the use of powered hand trucks and basic computer systems.
- Meet company service requirements such as proper labeling, sorting, engraving special orders, loading trucks, and adhering to postal service/delivery compliance.
- Inspect products to verify conformity with order specifications and manifest orders according to shop order packages or manifest systems.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the USA.
- Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience.
- Experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Experience in printing process and operations.
- Knowledge of Lean principles.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Experience operating powered hand trucks.
