Position Summary

The E‑Commerce & Marketplace Manager will lead the digital growth strategy across direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) platforms, online retail partners, and third‑party marketplaces in the US and Canada. This new role is responsible for building and executing a comprehensive e‑commerce roadmap, optimizing online sales performance, managing marketplace operations, elevating brand visibility, and ensuring a premium customer experience.

This leader will play a key role in accelerating digital revenue, strengthening Peugeot Saveurs’ online presence, and collaborating cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Global HQ teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • E‑Commerce Strategy & Ownership
    • Develop and execute the North American e‑commerce strategy aligned with global brand objectives.
    • Own P&L performance for DTC sites and marketplaces (Amazon, Macy’s, Wayfair, specialty platforms, etc.).
    • Identify growth opportunities through new channels, product assortments, merchandising strategies, and digital partnerships.
  • DTC Site Management (Magento 2 for now)
    • Oversee site operations, product catalog, pricing, promotions, and user experience.
    • Partner with marketing to optimize SEO, content, landing pages, and conversion rates.
    • Plan and execute digital promotional calendars in coordination with Marketing team.
  • Marketplace Management
    • Manage day‑to‑day operations on marketplaces: inventory, listings, keywords, A+ content, reviews, promotions, and logistical performance.
    • Monitor marketplace policies and ensure compliance.
    • Analyze competitive pricing and ensure brand integrity across sellers.
  • Digital Merchandising & Content
    • Develop premium product pages with compelling imagery, copy, and storytelling aligned with brand guidelines.
    • Coordinate with local and HQ creative teams for assets and localization.
    • Implement marketplace SEO best practices to maximize visibility and ranking.
  • Performance Analytics & Reporting
    • Track KPIs: traffic, conversion, ROAS, CAC, CLV, marketplace share, margin, inventory turns.
    • Provide weekly/monthly dashboards and insights to leadership.
    • Use data to inform pricing, forecasting, promotions, and catalog optimization.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    • Work with Sales to ensure channel alignment and avoid price conflicts.
    • Collaborate with Supply Chain on stock, fulfillment, forecasting, and marketplace logistics (FBA/FBM, etc.).
    • Partner with Customer Service to maintain a best‑in‑class customer experience.
Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related field.
    • 4+ years of e‑commerce experience, ideally in consumer goods, premium lifestyle, or culinary/kitchen categories.
    • Strong expertise with Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces.
    • Experience managing DTC platforms (Magento or Shopify).
    • Proven track record of driving online revenue growth and improving digital KPIs.
    • Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset; proficiency with Excel, GA, Amazon analytics tools, etc.
    • Hands‑on, entrepreneurial, and able to thrive in a fast‑growing, small‑team environment.
