We’re seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. The specialist will serve as the SEO subject‑matter expert on account teams, driving technical, on‑page, and content strategy to help clients achieve business goals.

• Translate clients’ marketing goals into executable SEO strategies through site enhancements.
• Conduct technical, on‑site, and off‑site SEO audits.
• Analyze and recommend platform‑specific SEO tactics.
• Recommend site structure, content, and user journey improvements to increase search engine visibility.
• Track, analyze, and report using Google Analytics, Search Console, Looker Studio, and SEO tools.
• Identify KPIs and take actions to improve rankings and organic traffic.
• Provide monthly & quarterly organic reporting with ongoing recommendations.
• Stay current on industry trends and new optimization tactics.
• Communicate data‑backed decisions across teams.

• 4+ years of SEO experience.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, Bing Search Central, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
• Deep understanding of search engines, SEO techniques, ranking factors, and user experience principles.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple accounts concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, team‑based environment.
• Logical thinker who can develop practical SEO recommendations that support client marketing strategies and site performance.
