Key Qualifications &

Experience:

• Active Certified School Nurse (CSN) credential required
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Demonstrated experience working with school-age children, including those with diverse abilities and needs
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, staff, and medical professionals
• Quick adaptability and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced setting
• Familiarity with relevant health regulations and school nursing best practices

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing daily health concerns, medications, and care for K-12 and transition students
• Developing and implementing individualized health plans for students with chronic or acute health concerns
• Conducting health screenings, immunization compliance, and maintaining accurate health records
• Serving as a liaison for health education, preventative care, and emergency response
• Collaborating with educators and school teams to provide inclusive support for all students
• Providing compassionate care and advocacy for students' physical and emotional needs
