Preferred Qualifications:
- Current and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Recent experience in medical-surgical (MS) nursing
- Strong patient assessment, clinical, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt seamlessly to new environments and protocols
- BLS certification required (additional certifications preferred)
- Previous travel nursing experience is a plus but not required
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric medical-surgical patients
- Administer medications, manage IVs, and monitor vital signs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document care accurately and promptly
- Prioritize, plan, and coordinate patient needs in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge plans
