• The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice.
• Directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care within the Medical/Surgical Unit.
• Is directly responsible and accountable for the care given to assigned patients.
• Communicates with physicians about changes in the patient’s clinical condition including cardiac monitoring, results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.
• Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment.

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintained.
• Current ACLS certificate within 30 days upon hire and maintained (preferred).
• Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
• Ventilator Management experience preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Holy Family Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role includes wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, ranging from $35.35 to $53.58 per hour. Exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selection based on skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
