• Supervise the clinical operations of a team of field staff and report directly to the Agency Administrator.
• Organize and detail‑orient operations, possessing strong communication skills in oral and written form.
• Understand issues related to the delivery of home health care services and possess problem‑solving ability.
• Review plans of care on a daily basis, requiring knowledge of OASIS and Medicare guidelines.
• Apply prior home health and management experience to support clinical service delivery.

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the state in which the position is based.
• Graduate of an approved nursing school.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience within the last 36 months.
• Medicare home health experience preferred.
• Previous management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license and automobile insurance.
