Schedule:

7:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., three shifts per week, including every other weekend. Shift differentials available depending on the shift.

100% Company-paid medical insurance up to family coverage. Opt out of medical insurance coverage for additional compensation.

Days: $34.00 - $49.00/hr (includes shift differential)

Nights: $34.00 - $50.00/hr (includes shift differential)

Weekend Days: $34.00 - $51.00/hr (includes shift differential)

Weekend Nights: $34.00 - $52.00/hr (includes shift differential)

• Actively engage in the health care team, offering direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians.
• Assess patients’ physical and psychological conditions continuously throughout their care journey.
• Utilize the nursing process in alignment with the philosophy, objectives, values, mission, and core principles of CBH.
• Uphold a safe therapeutic environment grounded in our core values.
• Collaborate as an integral member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, actively contributing to the development, implementation, and documentation of tailored goals and interventions based on patient strengths and psychiatric challenges.

• Education & Licensure:
  Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program required; bachelor's degree preferred. Currently licensed to practice by the Illinois State Board of Nursing.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a psychiatric facility preferred.
• Additional
  
  Skills:
  
  CPR certification and training in managing aggressive behavior within 30 days of employment. Must pass a competency exam for the area upon hire. May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.

Full-time role. Expected compensation range is $34.00 - $52.00 per hour, plus free medical coverage up to family coverage. Shift differentials apply as outlined above.
